Merchandise Return Policy
1) Please let us know how we can improve our service to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and service from us.
2) All returns must have a Return Authorization # (RMA#). You can obtain this by calling us at 1-800-932-4557 or emailing us at info@americansportsmedia.com. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#.
3) For a refund you must return merchandise within 14 days after receiving it. All merchandise must be in proper packaging with original tags and be unworn.
4) All exchanges must be received within 30 days from shipping of original items.
5) Shipping expenses are not refundable unless wrong item is shipped by us.
6) ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all closeout and discontinued merchandise. No returns will be accepted.
7) Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
